End-User License Agreement

Arctic Spas QBB (the “Software”) — an internal tool of Arctic Spas Ontario / Arctic Spas Kitchener (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Scope

This agreement governs use of the Software, a command-line application developed and operated by us for the sole purpose of importing invoice PDFs into our own company file.

2. Authorized users

The Software is licensed for use only by employees, contractors, and agents of Arctic Spas Ontario who have been granted access by us. The Software is not distributed, sold, or licensed to any third party, end customer, or member of the public, and is not available through any public app marketplace.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Software solely to:

• parse PDFs we have lawfully received,.

4. Prohibited use

You may not (a) redistribute, sublicense, or sell the Software, (b) use the Software to access any company other than our own, (c) modify the Software in a way that bypasses the safeguards that prevent it from running against production data without an explicit confirmation flag, or (d) use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

5. No warranty

The Software is provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of parsed invoices. Authorized users are responsible for reviewing before approval and payment.

6. Limitation of liability

In no event shall Arctic Spas Ontario be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or accounting errors.

7. Termination

We may revoke access to the Software at any time and for any reason. Upon termination of employment or contractor engagement, authorized users must immediately cease all use of the Software and delete any local copies.
