Arctic Spas Ontario ships across Canada from our Princeton, Ontario warehouse.

Shipping rates:
- Within Ontario: $19.99 flat, free on orders over $169
- Rest of Canada: $59.99 flat

Transit time is typically 2–14 business days depending on destination. Tracking numbers are emailed on dispatch day.

Large items (hot tub covers, oversized parts) are available online for local pickup at our Princeton warehouse or our Kitchener, London, or Windsor showroom. Delivery, installation, and removal are available in Southern Ontario — call +1-226-240-0114 for pricing and availability.

If a package is undeliverable and returns to our warehouse, we'll contact you to confirm a new address. Re-shipping fees may apply.
