Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll cover the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). For all other returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and restocking fee.

To start a return, email service@arcticspasontario.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send return instructions and a return authorization. We'll notify you by email once we've received and processed the returned item.

Final sale — not returnable or refundable

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Replacement hot tub parts — pumps, jets, heaters, control packs, plumbing components, and any other replacement spa parts
  • Electronics — control panels, sensors, ozonators, lighting systems, and similar
  • Discounted items — anything purchased on sale, clearance, or with a promotional discount

If a final-sale item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact service@arcticspasontario.com as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a short description. We will work with you on a resolution.
