We ship Arctic Spas parts, filters, and water care products from our Ontario warehouse to customers across Canada.
Shipping rates: $19.99 in Ontario, $59.99 elsewhere — Ontario orders over $169, shipping is on us!
- Within Ontario: $19.99 flat rate — free on orders over $169
- Rest of Canada: $59.99 flat rate
Transit times
After dispatch from our Princeton, Ontario warehouse:
- Ontario: 2–4 business days
- Quebec & Maritimes: 3–5 business days
- Prairies & BC: 5–7 business days
Times are estimates. Weather, remote routing, and carrier delays can affect delivery.
Carriers
We ship with Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS depending on destination and package size. Your carrier appears on the tracking email.
Order timeline
- You place your order and receive an email confirmation.
- We process and pack — usually same business day if placed before 2:00 PM ET, otherwise the next business day.
- We dispatch and email your tracking number.
- The carrier delivers.
Tracking your order
Tracking numbers arrive by email on dispatch day. If you haven't received one after 2 business days, email service@arcticspasontario.com with your order number.
Large items and covers
Hot tub covers, and oversized items are available for pick-up or delivery within Ontario service area. For these orders:

We'll contact you after ordering to confirm delivery details on large items.
Undeliverable or returned packages
If the carrier can't deliver (wrong address, failed attempts), the package returns to our warehouse. We'll contact you to confirm a redelivery address. Re-shipping fees may apply.
