PharmaSpa Eucalyptus Spa Crystals are a eucalyptus-fragrance aromatherapy crystal for hot tubs and spas, formulated to open airways and create a cooling, refreshing sensation in the warm water. Sprinkle a small amount into the spa before your soak and the crystals dissolve to release a sharp, clean eucalyptus scent across the surface.

Why eucalyptus: Eucalyptus is the classic respiratory aromatherapy — the active compound (eucalyptol) is the same one in vapour rubs and steam-room treatments for congestion. A soak in eucalyptus-scented water at 38°C creates a gentle steam-room effect that can help clear nasal passages and ease cold or allergy congestion. Counter-intuitively, eucalyptus also feels cooling on the skin in hot water — useful in summer when you still want a soak but don't want to feel overheated coming out.

How to use it: Add 1-2 capfuls of crystals to the spa water with the jets running. The crystals dissolve within a minute. Climb in and soak. The fragrance lasts the duration of one normal soak (20-40 minutes) and dissipates as the cover goes back on.

Will this affect my water chemistry? No — PharmaSpa crystals are water-soluble, alcohol-free, and pH-neutral. They don't affect chlorine, bromine, alkalinity, or filter performance. Safe for all sanitizer systems including salt water (Onzen and Spa Boy).
