Arctic Pure Bromine Tablets are 1-inch slow-dissolve tablets that keep a steady level of bromine sanitizer in your hot tub from a floating dispenser — controlling the bacteria that love warm water, without you dosing daily.

Why owners pick bromine: it has far less odour than chlorine, it's gentler on skin and eyes for most bathers, and it keeps working across a wider pH range — which is why it's the most forgiving sanitizer choice for hot tubs.

How to use them: load a floating dispenser and adjust its opening to hold a bromine reading of 3–5 ppm on your test strip. Tablets need moving water to dissolve evenly. Never let a tablet rest directly on the acrylic — it will bleach and damage the shell.

Keep the system charged: a weekly dose of Arctic Pure Refresh oxidizes the used-up bromide back into active bromine, so your tablets last longer and the water stays clear.

Water-balance note: bromine tablets slowly pull pH and alkalinity down. Test weekly and rebalance with Perfect Balance and Adjust Up as needed.
