How to use chlorine tablets in a hot tub

Load a floating dispenser and adjust its opening until your test strip holds the chlorine level recommended on the label. Tablets need water flow to dissolve — and they must stay in the floater. A tablet resting directly on the acrylic will bleach the shell.

Why "stabilized" matters: the chlorine is protected against rapid breakdown, so each puck lasts longer and the level stays steadier than unstabilized product.
