Light Housing 9" Adapter with nut

The 9" Light Housing Adapter with Nut is the replacement housing assembly for the larger 9" perimeter LED lights on Arctic Spas. It includes the housing body, the through-shell adapter that seats against the inside of the acrylic, and the locking nut that compresses the assembly to make a watertight seal. Replace it when the housing has cracked, when the seal is leaking, or when you're upgrading from a halogen to LED puck and need fresh housing hardware.

When you'll need this: Spa light housings outlast the LED pucks themselves by years, but eventually they fail too — cracked housings from physical impact (something dropped against the inside of the spa during cleaning), corroded threads on the locking nut, or perished gaskets that have started to leak slowly into the cabinet behind the spa shell. If you've replaced the LED puck and the new puck is still flickering or showing moisture intrusion, the housing itself is the next thing to suspect.

Will this fit my spa? Yes, on Arctic Spas with the 9" perimeter LED light layout. If your spa uses the smaller 5" lights, you need the Light Housing 5" Complete instead. Bring your old housing to one of our three Ontario showrooms if you're not sure of the size.

Important: Light housing replacement requires draining the spa below the affected light, removing the old assembly from the inside of the shell, and re-sealing the new one. Most spa owners book this with a service tech because a re-seal that leaks back into the cabinet behind the shell is expensive to discover six months later.
