Light Housing 5" Complete

The 5" Light Housing Complete is the full replacement housing assembly for the smaller 5" perimeter LED lights on Arctic Spas. It's a complete sub-assembly — housing body, through-shell adapter, and locking hardware — sold as a single unit so you have everything needed for a fresh-from-the-shell light replacement.

When you'll need this: The 5" lights are typically used as accent lights at the perimeter of the spa rim and as interior bowl accent lights on most current and recent-vintage Arctic Spas. The housings outlast the LED pucks but eventually fail from cracking (impact damage during shell cleaning), thread corrosion, or perished gaskets that start leaking back into the cabinet. If you've already replaced the LED puck and the new one still flickers or shows moisture, the housing is the next part to suspect.

Will this fit my spa? Yes, on Arctic Spas with the standard 5" perimeter or accent LED lights. If your spa uses the larger 9" lights, you need the Light Housing 9" Adapter with Nut instead. Bring your old housing to one of our three Ontario showrooms if you're not sure of the size.

Important: Light housing replacement requires draining the spa below the affected light, removing the old assembly from the inside of the shell, and re-sealing the new one. Most spa owners book this with a service tech because a re-seal that leaks back into the cabinet behind the shell is expensive to discover six months later.
