Filter Restore

Arctic Pure Filter Restore is a twin-action cartridge filter cleaner: it removes calcium scale and breaks down the body oils, suntan lotion and grease that load up filter fabric. Most filter cleaners do one job or the other; hard-water spas need both.

Why scale on a filter matters: in hard water, calcium binds into the pleats and cements the oils in place — so an oils-only cleaner leaves the fabric half-blinded. Filter Restore dissolves the mineral side first, which releases the greasy side with it.

How to use it: rinse the cartridge, then soak it in Filter Restore solution per the label directions. The low-foam formula rinses out clean — no suds surprise when the filter goes back in the spa.

Quick tips:

• Run two cartridges in rotation: one in the spa, one cleaned and drying — filters filter better dry-rested
• Soak monthly in heavy-use season; rinse with the Water Wand weekly in between
