Global/Gecko Hi-Limit Probe | Non-Refundable

The Hi-Limit Probe (PAK-201019) is the replacement high-limit temperature sensor for Arctic Spas running Global Eco Pak controls with the Tru-Guard heater assembly. It monitors water temperature at the heater and cuts power the moment an overheat condition is detected — the last line of defence protecting the heater and the people in the water.

When you'll need a new probe: a failing hi-limit probe causes heating lockouts and persistent error codes even when the water is nowhere near hot. If your spa refuses to heat and the code points at the high-limit circuit — and a power cycle doesn't clear it — the probe is the usual culprit.

Will this fit my spa? This probe is exclusively for Arctic Spas with Global Eco Pak controls and Tru-Guard heater assemblies. Verify your control pack before ordering — and note that as an electrical component, this part is non-refundable once sold.

How to install: turn off all spa power at the breaker, unplug the old probe from the control pack, plug in the new PAK-201019 and seat it securely, then restore power and test a heating cycle.

Quick tips: if a fresh probe doesn't clear the lockout, the heater element or the board's high-limit circuit is the next suspect — book a service call rather than parts-cannoning it.
