Overlay for TSC-90 Arctic Topside

The TSC-90 Arctic Topside Overlay is the printed plastic film overlay for the TSC-90 Arctic topside controller — the next-generation evolution of the TSC-80 lineup with refined button layout and updated label design. The overlay carries the printed button labels and the protective skin over the tactile buttons.

When to replace just the overlay: If the TSC-90 buttons still respond but the printed labels have faded or worn off, or the overlay shows visible cracks or peeling at the edges, replace the overlay rather than the full topside. Overlay replacement is much cheaper and takes about 10 minutes.

Will this fit my spa? Yes, on Arctic Spas with the TSC-90 Arctic topside. If you have an older TSC-80, you need the TSC-80 Arctic Topside Overlay instead. The two layouts are similar at a glance — confirm the wording on your existing overlay before ordering, or bring it to one of our three Ontario showrooms. If your buttons themselves don't respond, you need the full Topside Arctic TSC-90 instead.

How to install: Power down the spa at the breaker. Peel the old overlay off (heat gun on low helps). Clean the topside surface with isopropyl alcohol, position the new overlay carefully, press from one edge across to the other to avoid bubbles.
