Why posts wear out before pillows do: every time a pillow gets pulled off for cleaning (or grabbed by a bather), the posts take the strain. Worn posts are the usual reason a Core Series pillow sags, rattles, or pops loose mid-soak — the pillow itself is often fine.
How to replace them: pull the pillow, work the old posts out of their sockets, press the new ones in, and snap the pillow back on. No tools, two minutes.
Fits: Arctic Spas Core Series tubs. The 2-pack covers one pillow. If the pillow vinyl is cracking too, replace the Core Series Pillow in the same visit.
