Polar Pro Filter Insert | Traditional | Pleated

The Polar Pro Traditional Pleated Insert is the replaceable filter cartridge that drops into the Polar Pro Filter Assembly used in every Arctic Spas Custom Series hot tub built from 2020 to present. This is the classic pleated-media insert — rinse it occasionally and replace it roughly every six months for clean, clear spa water.

What it does

The Traditional Pleated insert uses a single layer of accordion-folded filter media to catch leaves, hair, body oils, and general debris pulled into your spa's filtration plumbing. It's the simplest of the three Polar Pro insert options and a solid match for spas treated with bromine or chlorine.

The Polar Pro system: housing + insert

Polar Pro filters separate the reusable housing from the disposable filter media. This insert is designed to be installed inside the Polar Pro Filter Assembly. If this is your first Polar Pro filter purchase, you'll need both. After that, you only replace the insert — less plastic in the landfill and lower long-term cost.

• Hybrid Pleated Depth Insert — adds a depth-filtration layer that captures finer particles. Comes pre-installed on new Custom Series spas and is the most popular choice.
