It sits in front of your main pro-filter cartridges and catches larger particles before they reach the primary filters — extending the life of your cartridges and reducing how often you need to clean them.

Pre-filters are especially useful when filling your spa with well water, after heavy use, or any time you notice cloudiness that your main filters are struggling to clear.
