Circ Laing 1.5" Unions

The Laing 1.5" Unions Circulation Pump is a replacement circ pump for Arctic Spas with the Peak 2 Ozone system. It uses 1.5" union fittings on each end — the standard connection style on Peak 2 Ozone equipment.

What a circ pump does: The circulation pump is the small dedicated pump that runs continuously (or on a programmed schedule) to push water through the heater, filter, and ozone generator between jet sessions. It's the workhorse keeping your water filtered and tempered 24/7 — unlike the main jet pumps that only fire when you press the button. When the circ pump fails, the spa stops holding temperature properly, water clarity declines, and the ozone generator stops getting water flow.

Will this fit my spa? Yes, on Arctic Spas with the Peak 2 Ozone system using 1.5" union connections. If your spa has the original Peak Ozone with 3/4" MPT threads, you need the Circ Laing 3/4" MPT instead. Pre-2010 Apollo or Coyote spas need the Circ Pump Apollo pre-2010. Bring the old pump or take photos of the connections to one of our three Ontario showrooms to confirm the right fit before ordering.

Important: Circ pump replacement involves 240V wiring at the motherboard and live plumbing. Most spa owners book a service tech for this. Shut off the spa breaker before any work and confirm the GFCI holds after install.

Quick tips:

• Replace the union O-rings during the swap (2" Pump Union O-ring family) so you're not back chasing a leak in a few weeks
• If the spa has been losing temperature gradually, the circ pump is one of the first suspects — ahead of the heater itself
