Circ Pump Apollo pre-2010

The Apollo Pre-2010 Circulation Pump is a replacement circ pump for pre-2010 Apollo and Coyote brand spas — the older lineup that pre-dated the current Arctic Spas Peak 2 Ozone era. If you have one of these older spas and the original circ pump has finally given up, this is the direct replacement.

What a circ pump does: The circulation pump is the small dedicated pump that runs continuously (or on a programmed schedule) to push water through the heater, filter, and ozone generator between jet sessions. When the circ pump fails on an older spa, the symptoms compound: temperature stops holding, water clarity declines, ozone stops getting flow, and you may hear an unfamiliar grinding or buzzing from the equipment bay before it gives up entirely.

Will this fit my spa? Yes, on pre-2010 Apollo and Coyote spas using their original circ pump configuration. If your spa is a current-vintage Arctic Spa with Peak 2 Ozone, you need the Circ Laing 1.5" Unions instead. If it's an older Arctic with the original Peak Ozone (3/4" MPT threads), see the Circ Laing 3/4" MPT. Pre-2010 Apollo and Coyote parts can be tricky to source as the brands age out — if you're not 100% sure this fits, bring the old pump to one of our three Ontario showrooms first.

Important: Circ pump replacement involves 240V wiring and live plumbing. Most spa owners book a service tech — especially on older spas where the wiring may have been spliced or modified by previous owners.

• Photograph the existing wiring before disconnecting anything; pre-2010 wiring diagrams aren't always accurate to what's actually in your spa
