Cover Lifter Roller Shelf

The Cover Lifter Roller Shelf is a horizontal roller assembly that goes on top of a Cover Lifter Cabinet Mount, giving the cover a smooth-rolling rest when it's folded back behind the spa. It eliminates the friction-and-fold-creasing that wears down the back edge of a cover where it pivots over the lifter bar.

Why a roller is worth adding: A standard cover lifter pivots the folded cover over a fixed bar. Every time you open and close the cover, the same patch of vinyl is dragged across that bar, and over a couple of years that's where the first cracks and wear holes show up. The Roller Shelf replaces the fixed pivot point with a roller, so the cover slides smoothly across instead of dragging — the wear pattern goes away and the cover lasts noticeably longer.

Will this fit my setup? Yes, if you have a compatible Arctic Spas cover lifter installed (typically the Cover Lifter Cabinet Mount). Confirm the lifter bar dimensions before ordering — the Roller Shelf is sized to fit the standard Arctic Spas lifter; older third-party lifters may not match.

Quick tips:
