Arctic Spa Global Motherboard — North American

The Arctic Spa Global Motherboard — North American (PAK-201011) is the complete replacement Global motherboard for current-vintage Arctic Spas. The Global is the integrated control board that handles power management, pump control, heater firing, light/ozone/blower switching, and topside communication — the brain of the spa.

When you'll need a full motherboard: Replace the entire Global Motherboard when there's catastrophic failure — no power output to the spa even with breakers closed, GFCI tripping that traces to the board itself, visible burn marks on the PCB from a lightning strike or short, or multiple downstream component failures that all point back to the board. For isolated firmware issues, try replacing just the Global Processor Card first — it's much cheaper.

Will this fit my spa? Yes, on current-vintage Arctic Spas equipped with the North American voltage Global motherboard generation. If your spa uses a Gecko-based system, you need a different replacement entirely. Bring the part-number sticker from your current motherboard to one of our three Ontario showrooms for matching before ordering.

Topside compatibility: The current revision of this board uses the 6-pin topside connection and pairs with the Arctic TSC-90 Topside (PAK-114300). If your spa is a pre-2019 model still running the older 8-pin TSC-80 topside, that topside will not plug into this board — plan on ordering a TSC-90 with it so your spa is back up and running in one service visit. If you're not sure which topside you have, check the model label on its underside or send us a photo before ordering.

Important: Motherboard replacement involves disconnecting and reconnecting every spa component (pumps, heater, blower, lights, ozone, topside, salt cell). This is a service-tech job and not a DIY project. Even experienced electrical DIYers should book a tech — a misinstalled motherboard is a fire risk and an instant warranty void.
