Arctic Spa Global Processor Card

The Arctic Spa Global Processor Card (PAK-201021) is the replacement processor card that plugs into the Global motherboard on current-vintage Arctic Spas. The processor card holds the spa's firmware and runs the control logic that decides when to fire the heater, which speed the pumps run at, and how the topside displays everything.

When you'll need to replace just the processor card: Replace the processor card (not the whole motherboard) when the spa's controller is throwing weird, unexplained behaviour — random temperature drift, ghost button presses, intermittent display freezes — and you've already ruled out the topside, the pressure switch, and basic wiring issues. Replacing just the card is much cheaper than replacing the entire Global Motherboard.

Will this fit my spa? Yes, on Arctic Spas with the Global motherboard generation. If your spa uses a Gecko motherboard, this card won't fit — you'd need a Gecko-compatible processor instead. Bring the part number from your existing motherboard to one of our three Ontario showrooms for matching.

Important: Processor card replacement involves opening the motherboard housing and seating a delicate PCB into a connector socket. Most spa owners book a service tech because mis-seated cards cause exactly the same symptoms you were trying to fix.
