INK300 Topside Control Overlay ONLY

The INK300 Topside Control Overlay ONLY (PAK-202300) is the printed plastic film overlay that goes on top of the INK300 topside controller used on certain Arctic Spas. The overlay carries the printed button labels and the protective skin over the tactile buttons — the only part of the topside that touches your fingers and the only part that wears out from regular use.

When to replace just the overlay: If your INK300 buttons still respond but the printed labels have faded or worn off, or the overlay shows visible cracks or peeling at the edges, replace the overlay rather than the full topside. Overlay replacement is much cheaper and takes about 10 minutes.

Will this fit my spa? Yes, on Arctic Spas with the INK300 topside controller. If your spa has a TSC-14, TSC-80, TSC-90, or In.K506 topside instead, you need a different overlay. If your buttons themselves don't respond at all, you need the matching INK300 Topside Control Pad WITHOUT Overlay (and pair with this overlay for a full pad-plus-skin replacement). Bring your old overlay to one of our three Ontario showrooms for matching if unsure.

How to install: Power down the spa at the breaker. Peel the old overlay off (a heat gun on low helps lift stubborn old adhesive). Clean the topside surface with isopropyl alcohol, position the new overlay carefully, press from one edge across to the other to avoid bubbles.
