INK300 Topside Control Pad WITHOUT Overlay

The INK300 Topside Control Pad WITHOUT Overlay is the underlying topside controller pad for the INK300 system on certain Arctic Spas — the PCB and tactile button hardware sold without the printed plastic overlay film. The overlay is sold separately as INK300 Topside Control Overlay ONLY.

Why these are sold separately: Topsides have two distinct failure modes. The overlay (printed buttons + skin) wears out from regular hand contact and UV exposure. The pad (PCB + tactile button hardware underneath) wears out from electronic age, water intrusion, or mechanical button failure. Selling them separately lets you replace whichever part has actually failed without paying for both. Most owners need just the overlay; pad replacement is rarer.

When to replace the pad: When the buttons are completely unresponsive, when the display has gone dark even with confirmed power, when only some buttons work and others don't, or when there's visible water intrusion damage to the pad housing. If the buttons still work but the labels are unreadable, you only need the overlay.

Will this fit my spa? Yes, on Arctic Spas with the INK300 topside controller. Bring the old pad to one of our three Ontario showrooms for matching if you're not sure of the model. Most pad installations also benefit from a fresh overlay at the same time.

Important: Pad replacement involves disconnecting the cable at the motherboard. Most spa owners book a service tech — mis-seated connectors cause exactly the symptoms you were trying to fix.
