Gecko Spa Pak INYE-5 4kw Heater North America

The Gecko Spa Pak INYE-5 with 4kW Heater (PAK-202010) is the complete Gecko-based control pack for Arctic Spas Essential Series tubs equipped with the Onzen salt water system. Includes the Gecko motherboard, integrated 4kW heater, and Onzen-compatible relay configuration in one sealed equipment-bay housing.

When you'll need a full Spa Pak: Replace the entire INYE-5 Pak when the motherboard or integrated heater has failed catastrophically and component-level repair isn't viable — typically lightning damage, severe water intrusion into the equipment bay, or end-of-life on a 12+ year old spa. For isolated failures (single fuse, dead pump, bad pressure switch), replace just that component first.

Will this fit my spa? Yes, on Arctic Spas Essential Series tubs originally configured with the Gecko INYE-5 + 4kW heater + Onzen system. If your spa is a Custom or Classic series, you need a different pack. The non-Onzen version is the Gecko Spa Pak INYE-3. Bring the part-number sticker from your current pack to one of our three Ontario showrooms for matching before ordering.

Topside compatibility: This Gecko Y-series pack pairs with the Gecko IN.K300 topside — sold here as the INK300 pad and INK300 overlay. The Gecko In.K506 topside is also Y-series compatible. If your existing Gecko topside still works, it carries over — you only need a new one if it's failing too. Arctic-style topsides (TSC-80, TSC-90) do not work with Gecko packs.

Important: Pack replacement is a service-tech job. 240V electrical work, GFCI integration, and Onzen-system commissioning are all involved. Don't attempt as a DIY project.
