PharmaSpa Lavendula Spa Crystals are a lavender-fragrance aromatherapy crystal for hot tubs and spas, formulated to support relaxation and sleep. Sprinkle a small amount into the spa water before your soak and the crystals dissolve to release a soft, calming lavender scent across the surface of the water.

Why lavender: Lavender is the most studied aromatherapy fragrance for sleep and stress reduction. The scent is associated with reduced heart rate, slower breathing, and the kind of mental wind-down that's hard to manufacture on demand. A 20-minute soak in lavender-scented water is the closest most of us get to a sleep-clinic intervention without leaving the backyard. Use it on evenings when you want the spa to actively help you fall asleep an hour later.
