Cover Lifter Basket Cabinet Free

The Cover Lifter Basket Cabinet Free is a hydraulic-assisted cover lifter for built-in or decked spa installations — the kind where the spa shell sits flush with surrounding decking and there's no cabinet for a traditional lifter to mount to. It combines the strength of a hydraulic-assist lifter with a basket-style cradle that gives the cover a clear resting position behind the spa.

How it works: Two hydraulic cylinders take the weight out of the lift (same proven mechanism as our Hydraulic Assist Cover Lifter), and the basket cradle holds the folded cover upright on its pivot rather than letting it lean against a wall or deck rail. Combined, that means daily cover use is a smooth one-handed motion and the folded cover sits in a defined spot every time.

Will this fit my setup? Yes, if you have a built-in or decked spa where the cabinet sides aren't accessible. You'll need a stable mounting surface (deck framing, paving stones, or a low retaining wall) behind the spa, plus about 24" of clear space for the cover to rock back into the basket.
