Overlay for TSC-80 Arctic Topside

The TSC-80 Arctic Topside Overlay is the printed plastic film overlay for the TSC-80 Arctic topside controller. The overlay carries the printed button labels and the protective skin over the tactile buttons — the only part of the topside that touches your fingers and the only part that wears out from regular use.

When to replace just the overlay: If your TSC-80 buttons still respond but the printed labels have faded or worn off, or the overlay has visible cracks or peeling at the edges, you need an overlay rather than a full topside replacement. Replacing just the overlay is much cheaper than replacing the full topside and takes about 10 minutes.

Will this fit my spa? Yes, on Arctic Spas with the standard TSC-80 Arctic topside. If you have the Epic-edition TSC-80 with the slightly different button layout, you need the TSC-80 Arctic Epic Overlay instead. If your buttons themselves don't respond, you need the full Topside Arctic TSC-80 replacement instead.

How to install: Power down the spa at the breaker. Peel the old overlay off (a heat gun on low helps lift the adhesive on a stubborn old overlay). Clean the topside surface with isopropyl alcohol, position the new overlay carefully, press from one edge across to the other to avoid bubbles, and you're done.
