Overlay for TSC-80 Arctic Epic Topside

The TSC-80 Arctic Epic Topside Overlay is the printed plastic film overlay for the Epic-edition TSC-80 Arctic topside controller. Same overlay function as the standard TSC-80 (printed button labels and tactile-button protection) but with the slightly different button layout used on the Epic edition.

When to replace just the overlay: If the buttons still respond but the printed labels have faded or worn off, or the overlay is visibly cracked or peeling, replace the overlay before considering the full topside. Overlay replacement is much cheaper and takes about 10 minutes.

Will this fit my spa? Yes, on Arctic Spas with the TSC-80 Arctic Epic edition topside. If you have the standard (non-Epic) TSC-80, you need the TSC-80 Arctic Topside Overlay instead. The two layouts look similar at a glance — confirm the wording on your existing overlay before ordering, or bring it to one of our three Ontario showrooms for matching.

How to install: Power down the spa at the breaker. Peel the old overlay off (a heat gun on low helps lift the adhesive on a stubborn old overlay). Clean the topside surface with isopropyl alcohol, position the new overlay carefully, press from one edge across to the other to avoid bubbles, and you're done.
